"Making the Unseen Seen" Hort Meeting April 25, 2016

It was a packed house tonight at the Grand Bend Legion for the April Horticultural Meeting. The business meeting was brief, making way for a great presentation from Jennifer Pate of Windmill Lake in Bayfield and the planet Earth - Making the Unseen Seen. Jennifer is a fascinating young woman who opened our eyes to some global environmental issues that we can all do our part in addressing. You can see her website on the previous post. Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

One of our favorite events every spring in Florida is Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival at Disneyworld. Here is a quick slide show to get you in the mood for planting. The music is "Khamsanmida" (Korean for Thank you) by the Seoul Music Ensemble.
